StoneScapes Puerto Rico Blend Small Caribbean Blue creates medium blue to blue green water color and is comprised of modified white Portland cement which has been colored with blue/gray pigment and natural black and gold quartz pebble aggregates and a specialty blend of small glass bead aggregates.
