StoneScapes Puerto Rico Blend Small Aqua Blue creates medium blue water color and is comprised of aqua blue modified white Portland cement which has been colored with aqua blue pigment and features natural black, gold and white quartz pebble aggregates and a specialty blend of small glass bead aggregates.
