QuartzScapes Reflections Series Tahoe Blue creates medium blue water color and is comprised blue/gray pigmented white Portland cement, natural quartz aggregates, Cobalt Blue and Black T-Grade colored quartz highlights and naturally reflective specialty aggregates.
