JewelScapes Reflective Iolite creates dark blue water color and is comprised of blue pigmented Portland cement, Cobalt Blue, Ice Blue and Clear glass bead aggregates. The combination of blue pigmented cement and blue glass beads create one of NPT's most popular colors for the JewelScapes line up.
