JewelScapes Opal Puerto Rico Blend Barbados Blue creates a dark blue water color and is comprised of a dark blue pigmented Portland cement, Clear and Puerto Rico Blend glass bead aggregates. This is one of the darkest and bluest pool finishes that NPT has to offer.
