JewelScapes Waterfall pool finish creates dark blue water color and is comprised of a combination of midnight blue pigmented Portland cement, Cobalt Blue and Clear glass beads and Black natural pebble aggregates. This is one of darkest and bluest pool finishes NPT offers.
