JewelScapes Spring Water pool finish creates light blue water color and is comprised of a combination of white Portland cement, Cobalt Blue and Clear glass bead aggregates. The Cobalt Blue glass beads create a nice contrast against the white cement background. This is traditional water color enhanced by the texture and feel of a JewelScapes glass bead pool finish.
